We respect that for most patients, dental treatment is a costly, yet necessary, expenditure. To help our patients affordably obtain the care they desire, we have several policies in effect.

We are currently accepting payment from insurance carriers and always try to maximize the allowable benefit for our patients. This means that the patient pays only the portion of the fee not covered by his or her insurance. For patients who do not have insurance or when the treatment fee exceeds the patient's ability to pay his or her portion, we have sought the help of of company called Care Credit which has a 90-day same as cash repayment policy. This company requires credit approval.

Payments of all fees less than $500 and all new patient emergency visits are due when care is rendered. Keep in mind that for dental insurance policy holders, only your portion is due. For treatment costs over $500, coordination of payment plan or financing package between the patient and our business administrator will almost certainly allow all our patients to obtain the care they desire.
